Our agency fees are payable by the vendor or the buyer depending on the mandate.
All fees are inclusive of tax (TVA) of 20%. Notaires fees are extra.

When our agency fee is payable by the buyer, it is included in the advertised price (HAI) and expressed in our advertising as a percentage of the net vendor price as required by French law, as per the example below:

When our agency fee is payable by the vendor; only the sale price will be shown in our advertising as required by French law, as per the example below:
A reduction in sale price resulting from a negotiation will give rise to a new calculation of the agency fees.
For a delegated mandate, the fees will correspond to the agency being in possession of the original mandate.
For a research mandate, our fee is payable by the buyer.
Our independent sales agents (agents commerciaux) are licensed to prepare mandates only.
Our agency does not offer written estimations.
All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer into the notaire's account.
